Perch Group’s customer reconnection firm Verify on track to become the UK’s biggest field services provider

Verify, Perch Group’s intelligent field services firm, has been expanding rapidly since it was launched in August 2023, building a network of 150 Customer Verification Officers nationwide and a highly experienced field training and management team. It is now also recruiting for a number of debt collection Case Managers.

Headed up by industry stalwarts Andrew Bartle, Gary Jones and Karl Humphries, the company is on a mission to revolutionise customer reconnection and verification in the debt recovery market. Recent appointments include Michelle Mitchell as Warrant Manager and Susan Hinchliffe as Quality Assurance Team Lead, both of whom bring a wealth of relevant experience.

Perch Group, one of the UK’s fastest-growing and most ambitious debt purchase and resolution firms, has shown its commitment to the growth of Verify by investing in new offices to accommodate the growing team at the beautiful Broughton Hall Estate in Skipton, North Yorkshire. This rural location complements Perch’s other premises in Blackpool and Manchester city centre.
