Perch Group CEO Craig Hinchliffe re-elected to Board of Credit Services Association

Perch Group’s CEO Craig Hinchliffe, who was recently named as a Finalist in the ‘Business Leader of the Year – Debt Purchaser’ category of the Credit Strategy Leadership Awards 2023, was re-elected to the Board of the Credit Services Association (CSA) at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 28 February 2023.

Craig was originally appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the UK trade body for the debt purchase and collections sector in 2020. He comments:

“It’s a pleasure to be re-elected to the Board of the CSA to continue my contribution to the work it does to set and raise best practice standards in debt purchase and collections in the UK. As a business leader in the industry with a vantage point across the whole debt lifecycle, I bring both a broad strategic perspective and an insight into what’s happening on the ground.”

It’s 200-strong workforce of credit, collections, asset management, and litigation specialists were named ‘Best Team’ at the CSA Awards 2021; were Finalists in the ‘Best Vulnerable Customer Support Team category of the Collections & Customer Service Awards 2022; and have recently gained an Investors in Customers (IIC) Silver Award for Customer Experience and ISO9001/ISO27001 certification for the provision of debt purchase and debt recovery, including legal services.
