The CSA Awards, hosted and judged by the UK trade body for the collections and debt purchase sector, celebrates the outstanding work and commitment of staff and teams within its membership organisations.
Perch Group’s leadership team, who completed a management buy-out in 2022 and have driven forward the significant growth and success of its group of companies over the last 12 months, has been shortlisted in the ‘Innovation’ category. The Compliance & Risk team, headed up by Risk Director Zee Hardy and Chief Risk & Customer Officer Simon Unsworth, are finalists for the ‘Team Award’ and Alison Watkins-Hilton, Perch Group’s Customer Experience Team Leader, is up for a ‘Merit Award’ in the ‘Complaints Handling’ category.
CSA CEO Chris Leslie says:
“Winning a CSA award is a way for your team and individuals to feel valued, especially since they are being judged as ‘best-in-class’ by their own Trade Association and apprenticeship provider.”
Perch Group CEO Craig Hinchliffe, who also sits on the Board of the CSA, adds:
“It’s fantastic to be recognised for all our hard work over the last 12 months as a business with outstanding teams and individuals within it. We are particularly proud of our ‘different approach’ which has seen us become innovators in our sector and, of course, this is underpinned by the highest standards of compliance and customer care, making the categories we are shortlisted in a perfect fit.”
Earlier this month, Perch Group launched a new field services business, Verify, which is set to revolutionise the way creditors verify data and reconnect with customers. Meanwhile, the Group recently gained ISO9001, ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation, and its debt resolution agency, ACI UK, maintained an ‘Excellent’ rating on Trustpilot after reaching the 1,000 review milestone.
The CSA Awards ceremony is part of the UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) Gala Dinner on the evening of 14 September 2023.
